Welcome to the new Hamilton County Invasives Partnership monthly update. These emails will be part newsletter and part HIP meeting summary, committee work, and other action items. We have email lists for people who would just like to occasionally receive emails concerning invasive species in Hamilton County vs being part of the active HIP working group. If you'd like to switch mailing lists, please click here to do so.
HIP Logo Unveiled
We are very excited to share our new logo! This logo and our HIP branding content was created by the Soil and Water Conservation District's summer intern, Dominic Zelli. Dominic will be a senior at Ball State this fall where he studies graphic design.
Now that we have our logo, we can move forward with our branded content including our webpage and the official launch of our social media pages! Look for more info soon via email and please share our social media posts when you see them!

The technical committee is working to identify the 5 species that Hamilton County landowners spend the most time and effort battling. Please take this quick survey to help us assess invasive species priorities in HC.
The HIP education committee needs you! The ed committee has been hard at working identifying education targets and methods but we need YOU to help us put the plan into action! Whether you a have lot of time to help or just a little, know a lot about invasives or are hoping to learn, there is a place for you!
